Hon.Governer to the western province Mr.Roshan Goonethilake made special observation visit to Aquaculture Development center Pitipana Negambo on 13th July 2020. Hon.Governer’s special attention was drawn towards the following pilot programs such as providing training, technique and value addition to aquaculture production, Production of liquid fertilizer using fish waste and production of compose using Alien Invasive aqua weeds (common water Hyacinth)
